The agency was tasked with assessing how content could differentiate a local shredding business in the presence of national brand names. Search data showed that localized phrases and questions around specific services were unanswered by the larger entity. A document of recommended keywords and topics gave the client strategic direction.

Facebook Advertising on a Budget
When an agency approached me on behalf of a client to evaluate their Facebook ad spend, there was a mismatch in audience engagement and business focus - photos of customers performed best organically, but the firm was investing in stock images. I restructured their spend to boost content that performed well and leveraged lookalike audiences to expand their network.
SEM to Boost a Brand
A new health supplement launched online without brand recognition. To test quickly and generate early wins, a combination of Google and Facebook advertising gave us direction. The best-performing tactics were a combination of striking visuals, influencer testimonials, and on-demand purchase options through chat bots and call centers.

The Deal-Winning White Paper
This white paper, written for a mortgage servicing audience, produced more qualified leads than any previous content initiative. It was the first touch point in the sales journey for a deal that closed within 6 months.
A Marketo Implementation...
...in 6 weeks. As the contract with Pardot came to a close, 50 forms and 2 dozen email and landing page templates were recreated. The new instance was set up and available for use with 1 day to spare thanks to my team of digital marketers and web developers.
